Mike Conway

Mike Conway may be an Englishman but he brings a taste of the USA to TOYOTA GAZOO Racing, after his successful time in the IndyCar Series. As a former British Formula 3 Champion, it is no surprise Mike spent time on the GP2 and Formula 1 scenes but he showed a spirit of adventure to follow his racing spirit and cross the Atlantic in 2009. There he asserted himself as a formidable racer, particularly on street circuits, and he earned several victories. But motorsport adventure soon came calling from the world of endurance, where again Mike quickly became a hot property. After a season in LMP2 he joined TOYOTA and was a race winner in his first season, despite only a handful of races in his role as Test and Reserve Driver.
